Junkyard Gold was founded seven years ago by Suzanne Sickmiller on a simple principle: dependable, high-quality auto parts shouldn't cost a fortune. Drawing on hands-on experience across different auto salvage yards, Suzanne established Junkyard Gold in Bradenton, Florida to connect drivers, mechanics and shops with thoroughly inspected used engines and transmissions.
With deep roots in the salvage industry, our mission is built on rigorous testing standards, transparent condition reporting and honest pricing. Every engine and transmission in our network goes through multi-point checks before shipment, backed by our 90-day warranty and dedicated customer service.
We're not a faceless warehouse. We're a team of automotive professionals who care about getting you the right part, at a fair price, with as little hassle as possible.

Our prices are 40–60% below dealer and remanufactured alternatives. We keep margins reasonable because we'd rather have repeat customers and referrals than one big sale.

Our 90-day warranty isn't buried in fine print designed to protect us. It's written to protect you. If there's a defect in the part, we fix it.

Adam Thomas
Adam leads customer service and relations, handling quotes, orders and inquiries with prompt, personalized care. He makes sure every customer gets clear guidance and support from start to finish.
David Smith
David oversees day-to-day operations, coordinating inventory intake, testing workflows and parts fulfillment, so orders are prepped, packed and shipped out smoothly.
